Our client, a homeowner preparing to sell their property, contacted us to revitalize their roof’s appearance. Algae stains can significantly detract from a home’s curb appeal and potentially affect its value.
We used our ultra-low soft washing set up to gently clean off the algae without damaging the shingles. This low-pressure process restores the roof’s original color and luster while protecting its integrity all while keeping the operating pressure around 60psi.
