Hot Water Pressure Washing & Soft Wash | Tallahassee, FL has been Leon County's best choice for exterior cleaning since 2012. Founded by owner Nick Loomis, our journey began by serving local restaurants, providing monthly cleaning contracts to combat heavy traffic and grease buildup. For years, we maintained the cleanliness of over a dozen Tallahassee favorites, including Applebee’s, BJ's Brewhouse, Ted's Montana Grill, Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House, and many more.

As demand grew, we expanded our services to include residential soft washing, encompassing house washing and roof cleaning. This led to our name update to Hot Water Pressure Washing & Soft Wash | Tallahassee, FL, reflecting our broader range of services.

By 2019, our residential customer base had grown significantly, making house washing, roof cleaning, and residential concrete cleaning our primary focus, all while continuing to serve our valued restaurant clients.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought unforeseen changes. While many restaurants were forced to cut costs, impacting our commercial services, the demand for residential soft washing surged. With homeowners spending more time at home, cleanliness and sanitation became paramount, leading to a significant increase in requests for our residential services.

Today, our focus is firmly on residential soft washing. We prioritize building strong relationships with our new and returning customers, striving to provide the best soft washing service for homes in Tallahassee. Owner Nick Loomis is present on every job, ensuring that our decade of experience translates into exceptional results for each and every client. Our commitment to excellence has even been recognized with a feature on the front page of the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners Magazine/newsletter, putting our work and Tallahassee front and center for fellow contractors to see.

Owner Bio:

Nick Loomis, owner of Hot Water Pressure Washing & Soft Wash, has been a trusted name in Tallahassee's residential house washing industry since 2012. As one of the most experienced exterior cleaning operators in the region, Nick brings over a decade of hands-on expertise to every project, ensuring exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Born in New Orleans, Nick moved to Tallahassee for grade school. He started working in restaurants as a cook as a teenager and quickly progressed to kitchen coordinator. He became a corporate Back of House trainer in Panama City Beach and soon after was promoted to management for Applebee’s. In the early 2000’s, Nick moved back to Tallahassee to manage restaurants as a kitchen manager. After successfully helping open two new high-volume Applebee’s locations in Tallahassee, Nick opened Hot Water Pressure Washing in October 2012. Nick is ISCA-certified in Rooftop Solar Panel Cleaning Safety (USA).
